Nicole, a, Senior, is President of National Honor Society (NHS) and Band member. Her NUMBER ONE school is Berkelee School of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, where she spent last summer in a college music program. With encouragement from faculty members, Nicole is applying to other schools where she can pursue music, such as Loyola, Smith, New School and NYU.  Nicole is active in the Clark Prep and New Orleans community, proactively working towards her future, earning her the Student Spotlight. Keira is Captain of the Majorettes, a member of Natoinal Honor Society, and a dedicated, invaluable assistant to Ms. James, Clark's College Coordinator. She is applying to Xavier, Sam Houston State University, Texas Southern University, and after Xavier Upward Bound's most recent trip to Florida, she will be applying to Florida State University as well. Keira Matthews' hard work at Clark and involvement in activities at our school and beyond are a few of the reasons she has been selected for Student Spotlight. Awesome job, Keira!
